We started building in the 90's. We are now building our final home. These books and magazines with their thousands of plans have been a wealth of information and inspiration. Great for: engineers, architects, contractors, developers, as well as professional and non-professional home builders alike especially with home sales at record highs.
Some of these publications list the number of plans included on the front, while some do not. For the publications that list the number of home plans, these add up to well into the thousands.
Condition wise most everything is in great condition with only extremely minor wear or no wear. The "HOMEPLANS" magazine publication was pricey in the 90s at dollars per issue MSRP, and there are a few of those along with several with MSRP's over each with a high original price that are difficult to find currently. Two notes 1) there is permanent marker or ink on some, not all, of the covers of the magazines used to cover the mailing name/address. 2) The
Basic Construction ​blueprint reading by Mark W. Huth shows the most wear.
Everything else is in good condition and our home is smoke free.
The 34 you see is exactly what you will receive, other than I removed a few labels after I took the photo. Most include my little sticky notes on plans that I thought had the best layouts. Of course sticky notes come off without leaving a residue.
