11' SPLIT ROCK LIGHTHOUSE GARDEN SHED PROJECT BUILDING PLANS

Description

Split Rock Lighthouse is probably the most famous lighthouse located on the Great Lakes.  It is located in Two Harbors, Minnesota, standing on a high rock cliff.  I have taken detailed photographs of the lighthouse to enable production of my own 11' scale replica.  During the process of building my own, I developed the woodworking plans to enable others to share in my creation.  These are true working plans that were actually used in the construction of my lighthouse.  The primary photo shows the lighthouse with brick veneer to assimilate the actual lighthouse and the second shows it in painted version prior to adding the brick veneer.  Lighthouse will stand 11' tall and measures approximately 54" across the base when completed.
Building has access panel on back side that allows unit to be used as garden shed for storage.  Two of the eight sides are joined together and can be attached as door or used as removable panel for access to the interior of the structure.  Ample space for hand garden tools and other supplies.
Plans will be sent electronically by email once purchase is complete.  Buyer must supply email address to enable this to occur.  If you don't supply an email address, we will ask you for one.  Files are transmitted as word documents.
Refunds are not granted primarily because of the costs I have incurrent in fees, postage and packing materials which I have no way of recovering.  Therefore a refund will not be issued.
Cancellation requests will not be considered - per Ebay rules, once you Buy It Now or pay for the item from your cart you have contractually agreed that you have bought the item.
