    Description

    16" Tama Granstar Custom Tom Tom in Piano Black!
    This drum is in very good + shape! Normal wear from use, a few spots that have dings that have been touched up. You can see them up close in the light, but not from a few feet away. One spot looks like a gob of paint was used to fill in a dent.
    The most important thing is, both bearing edges are beautiful! No defects!
    The drum shell is 16" in diameter by 16" deep.
    One of the leg mounts has a replacement wing nut, but the rest are original.
    For a drum around 30 years old, the chrome has the usual rusting/pitting/tarnishing that you would expect.
    This drum is far from perfect, but would be a nice addition to your set. I would rate it about a 7 out of 10.
    This drum is coated with black lacquer inside and out, not a cheap plastic wrap!
    Almost impossible to find these "best of the best" Tama drums!
    I just replaced the batter head with an unused Remo UK/PDP drum head, which I believe are clear Ambassadors.
    This thing sounds AMAZING!
    Very hard to find vintage drum!
