The White Mountain Hearth Super Sassafras Refractory Log Set includes a 7 piece set of refractory logs. White Mountain Hearth log sets are hand painted and will give you years of enjoyment. The dancing and flickering flames emphasize the beauty of the logs. Unlike a wood fire, the vent-free logs generate consistent, controlled heat without flare-ups or die-downs. The Super Sassafras logs will sit a bit taller on the burner.
The vent free Slope Glaze Burner sits low in the firebox in the front and rises slightly to the rear for an more realistic log stack. It is a manual control burner with a 3 position knob.
A Vent-Free Burner may be installed in a vented fireplace for use as a decorative appliance. A decorative appliance operates with an on/off switch or remote, and may not operate with a thermostat.
