GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!  Probably will not find another letter from here. Just because of the rarity and low population at the time. Signed by a traveler at the time. His name was Stephen Nelson. Not sure where he came from? But he is planning to start a new life here. Speaks of how nice the land is,the climate,the ground for growing feed. Has some livestock he plans to herd here. Cattle and such. Does not want to ride around with women. He handwrote this document in 1859! It measures a whopping 12 1/4 x 7 1/2 in. He has signed here in artistic vintage brown ink. It explains here in his hand much more to read on two page letter. What he is writing to M. Nelson. Over 160 years ago in this place! Whom I have not researched? Or you might be related to? Been in storage for quite some time. Would be great for a Historian! True survivor piece here! Highly frameable item here.
