hand written
and

Letterhead is approximately
8 1/2" X 11"
in size.
Condition: There are punch holes at top slight damage, and toning at margins.  Slight tears at folds as shown in the image. Still in good condition. Sold as is.  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
