CONDITION:
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.  The letterhead has normal letter folds, original filing holes across the top, small archival repair on one back corner, tattered edges but,  still in good condition.  There is no signature on the letter.
The approximate size of the letterhead is 8 1/2" X 11".
