This is a very rare LETTERHEAD from THE W. C. BELCHER, Land and Mortgage Company, in GEORGETOWN TEXAS,  in  the year 1886.   Very interesting content to this letter.
It's condition: 2 file holes at top, front of letter is toned, normal letter folds, but is in good condition.
This letter is signed: "The W. C. Belcher L. Mo Co.
At the very top of the letter, the OFFICERS are listed as follows:
E. S. LACEY as the President.
F. S. BELCHER as Vice President.
H. H. COBB as the Secretary.
EMZY TAYLOR as the Treasurer.
W. C. BELCHER as Manager.
J. B. BELCHER as Auditor.
This letterhead was printed by Geo. D. Barnard & Co. of St. Louis, Missouri.
Letterhead is approximately 8" X 10 1/2" in size.   Sold AS IS.
