This sale is for two advertising LETTERHEADS (one 2 page letter)
that are from:

attorneys at law
during the year
of
1888,
however, this 2 page letter is hand written and signed by
J. T. S
O
UTHERN .
The content of this two page letter is about 108 acres of land that Mr. Southern bought near Belton, Texas during 1886 and he needs to sell the land.
Tiny names listed at the top of the letterheads are:
H. C. Ferguson
and
F. M. Davidson .
CONDITION:
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to these letterheads.  These letterheads have normal letter folds, several, original filing holes across the top of both, slightly tattered edged but,  still in good condition
The approximate size of each letterhead is 8 1/2" X 11".
