It honors the new building that was the new Texas State Capital in Austin, Texas.
This was printed in the year
1890.
This would make a great Texas piece hanging on a wall, nicely, framed and matted.
The back side of the publication also has illustrations in black and white that are quite interesting see details.

CONDITION: It is in very good condition with small flaws around the edges, corner, etc. and a horizontal fold in the middle that may not be visible in the scan. the paper is a news print but not as thin a typical newpaper we have today. The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale. Sold AS IS described in this item description.
