George Barber from Barber's 1895 mail order book, New Modern Dwellings.
The next year, 1896, a George Barber-designed house was commissioned and built next door.

You'll need to give these plans to your architect for legal and code updating if you have building plans.
Otherwise, they are attractive for framed or unframed displays.
