This is an ADVERTISING LETTERHEAD from  The Office of the DISTRICT CLERK of FORT BEND COUNTY ( A. M. HOLMES )in RICHMOND, TEXAS in the year 1891.  Its approximate size is 8 1/2" X 11".  It is in good condition with normal letter folds, and 4 tiny file holes at top.
Daw or ? Dan Ragsdale is who hand wrote and signed THIS LETTER.
I can't tell if it is Dan or Daw ?
Very interesting content to this letter.  This is RARE PAPER.
