CHAS. G. BOELHAUWE, contractor and builder, manufacturer of sash, doors and blinds, etc., etc., etc., in  SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS at (office & factory 525-527-529 Nacogdoches Street)
in the year 1892.
This item is in VERY good condition with normal letter folds.
This letter is hand written and signed by Chas. G. Boelhauwe.
It's approximately 8 1/2" X 11" in size.   Sold AS IS.
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
