Condition:
This item is in good condition with normal letter folds, subtle edge wear and a slight stain in the lower right corner.   They are visible in the scan shown.     This item is SOLD AS IS.   The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper and is not attached to this letter.
