    This is some kind of bank check or draft (for .00) from the DAILY NEVADA EVENING TRIBUNE, E. J. PARKINGSON as PROPRIETOR in the year 1894 in Carson City, Nevada.   This check appears to be signed by E. J. Parkinson per Billings.  The back is endorsed as "B & E Bank".    There is a blue stamped imprint that is marked "PAID The Bullion and Exchange Bank".   The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the check.
