This is a LETTERHEAD from THE JOURNAL, in Arlington, Texas in the year 1898.   It is in GOOD condition with normal letter folds and a few small clip holes at the top center area.  Up by the top of this letter, under the words: "THE JOURNAL", it quotes: "The only paper in Arlington. Arlington has 1500 residents."
This 1 page-partial letter is hand written and signed by Geo. A. Byers of Arlington, Texas !
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper and is NOT attached to the letterhead. This is RARE PAPER!
