    WINCHESTER KELSO
    ATTORNEY AT LAW
    in
    EAGLE PASS, TEXAS
    IN THE YEAR 1901.
    WINCHESTER KELSO SIGNED THIS BILLHEAD!
    Kelso was a a Captain in the early Texas Guard.. he was a Captain in the Eagle Pass Rifles in 1885.. I'm not sure if you call this the Texas Militia or the Texas Volunteer Guard... but he was there and, surely, had his rifle with him.
