This sale is for an ADVERTISING LETTERHEAD from HENRY & HENRY, Attorneys and Counselors at law (office in Henry Brick Building), in TEXARKANA, TEXAS.. in the year 1902.
Names listed at the top left and top right are:
F. M. Henry and S. J. Henry.
This letterhead was printed by the historical printer: Gast of St. Louis, Missouri.
This letter is hand written and signed by S. J. Henry.   Content of the letter has to do with taking the depositions of Miss N. Eva Martenette , to prove the execution of the will of Mrs. Olive M. Dockstader .
CONDITION: Normal letter folds, somewhat tattered across top of letterhead (visible in the scan), and is in very good condition.  SOLD AS IS.  Approximate size is
8 1/2" X 11". The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
