Included, in the sale, are 4 pages of hand written data to be taken to the printers to produce advertising circulars to be "handed to the train people taking dinner at Mrs. Gilman's." These items pertain to "the mad rush for farming lands in Southwest, Texas."
CONDITION, ETC:
Letterhead's approximate size is 8 1/2" X 11". The letterhead has normal letter folds, 2 file holes at the top, some toning , top edge is a little tattered and but letterhead is in decent condition. The 2nd scan shows 4 pages of hand written information to be printed at the printers as an advertising circular. Approximate size of each is 5 1/2" X 9". These 4 pages have small flaws, pinholes at upper left (from being pinned together) and normal letter folds. ALL are sold as is. The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
