This is a HAND WRITTEN & SIGNED LETTER from E. R. Clark, the County Surveyor, of Donley County in CLARENDON, TEXAS in the year 1905.    It has normal letter folds and is in very good condition.  The content of the letter is very interesting. Antique paper from Donley County is extremely RARE.
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.  This letterhead is in very good condition with normal letter folds.  It is approximately 8 1/2" X 11" in size.   Upper left corner shows a vignette of the original Donley County Courthouse.

Geo. F. Morgan as County Judge
C.A. Burton as County and District Clerk.
    J. T. Patman as Sheriff and Tax Collector.
