Letter is addressed to "Papa", letter is hand written by Bland Smith.  "Papa" would be Zack Smith of Bonham, Texas.  They had a hardware store in Bonham too.  It opened in 1901 and was in business for 110 years.
CONDITION:
Letter has normal letter folds, minor edge flaws, etc. but is in pretty good condition.  Approximate size of letterhead is 8 1/2" X 11".  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
