Once, E. H. Hawkins built a hospital in Minden, Nevada.
These papers are IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH NORMAL LETTER FOLDS.    The content of this letter is fabulous.  The postal envelope is included with the letter.  The postal envelope has a few ink stains and a slightly damaged lower right corner (visible in the scan).
This 2 page letter is hand written and signed
by E. H. Hawkins, M.D.
APPROX. SIZE of each IS ABOUT 8 1/2" x 11".    The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
