Normal letter folds, excellent condition. The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper and is not attached to the letterhead.
If there ever was a 2nd page to this letter, I've never seen it or owned it... so I'm selling only one single letterhead.
The approximate size of this letterhead is
8 1/2" X 11".
