The colorful scene illustrates the Atascadero Beach -  A restricted Seaside Resort in 1918.  (Postmark on envelope quotes 1918 but, typed letterhead is partially hand written on the back and is signed " Bessie "........ as in

who was born in 1873 and died in 1959 . )  It must be a typo on the front of the letterhead which is dated in the year 1919.
CONDITION:
The letterhead has normal letter folds and is in very good condition. The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
The content of the letter mentions a bunch about fruit and flowers in the area.
Approximate size is
8 1/2" X 11".
