This is a LETTERHEAD from THE NATIONAL CIGAR STANDS COMPANY with offices in New York and Chicago... This one is from 352 Fourth Avenue in New York  in the year 1921.
This letter is SIGNED BY C. A. Rush ? Rust ? or Rusk ?    It's one of the three.
It has normal letter folds, and is in very good condition with subtle toning. Approximately 8 1/2" X 11" in size.
The "SEE MORE" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
