The back of this item appears to be signed by J. N. Brooker .
Names typed on the inside are:
J. N. Brooker as President .
Alice Brooker as Vice President.
Tina Brooker as Secretary & Treasurer.
CONDITION:
This statement has normal horizontal letter folds and is approximately 8 1/2" X 14" in size (when open).  It has some toning, brown paper clip impression and small bug holes (visible in scan) and is in decent condition.   The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
