    The letter content is very interesting it discusses the strike that wildcatters began and the overnight trek to South Texas that insued.  There is great riches in Refugio, Zapata and Darst Creek.  It notes the most important strike as the Bee County strike that caused the big operators of oildom to open their check books and start a relentless war with each other for acreage.
