2 scans show what is for sale.   This sale is for a 2 page LETTER (written on 3 sides) and an advertising card from TOLBERT GARRETT, the proprietor at CAMP BROADWAY (formerly known as WEST SIDE TOURIST CAMP ) in PECOS,  TEXAS in the year 1930.
This letter is hand written and SIGNED (at the very bottom) by Tolbert Garrett.
The content of this letter:  Tolbert owns all of this property that is "clear", meaning, it is paid for.  Tolbert's land is income generating property.   He is inquiring with a Fort Worth man named J. N. Brooker.   Tolbert wants to trade his "clear" land for some "clear" ranch land, cattle, saddle horses and so forth.. "clear for clear".   He lists the different lands he owns and wants to trade.
The front side of the card reads:  CAMP BROADWAY, formerly West Side Tourist Camp.   Shower, bath, shade, cabins, groceries, gas & oils, free air, lights and water in  Pecos, Texas.  The back side of the card has a list of cities.  Next to each city is the amount of miles to get to Camp Broadway.  The bottom reads:  Thank you, Come Again.  Tolbert Garrett, Prop.
CONDITION: 2 page letter has normal letter folds, slight rusty paper clip mark at upper left of first page and is in very good condition.   Approximate size is 5" X 8".   The advertising card has a paper clip mark at the upper right corner, it has no broken corners or creases and is in overall good condition. The card's size is approximately 3" X 5 1/2".
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the items that are for sale.
