This sale is for a LETTER from SAM HENDERSON (Samuel Floyd Henderson) in Clovis, New Mexico in the year 1931.
This letter is hand written & signed by Sam Henderson, 214 Main Street, Clovis, New Mexico.
The content of this letter is in regards to acquiring grass lands ( in Texas ) to stock with cattle.
CONDITION: The letter has normal letter folds and is in very good condition.   Approximate size is 8 1/2" X 11".
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
Historical note:  Samuel Floyd Henderson was married to Pearl (Jones) Henderson.  They had 7 children: Clovis,
