The billhead is dated
1931
.
In small print at the top it lists a name:
G.H. Hulan
I found some data on a blog from a relative on line:  George H. Hulan, Sr. was the manager (what I guess would now be called CEO) of the Shelbyville Harness Company. It had financing from several partners, but he was the boss and the master craftsman.
Dates of the company (as such) were 1909-1943.
The
Approximate size of the billhead is
8 1/2" X 7 ".
The condition
of this billhead: It has a slight tear but in good condition with punch holes at the top
The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the billhead.
