I can't tell you much about this booklet. It is in French :) Here is what I understand. Radiesthesie is the study of dowsing. Not the common definition of dowsing that you think of, the search for water , but the search for true knowledge and energy???

Very Good Moderate browning consistent with its age. Some curling at the corners. Some soiling. No tears.
Some edge damage to the edges of the larger single sheet.
AS NEW; FINE; MINT
: Without faults or defects.
NEAR FINE
: a book approaching FINE (or AS NEW or MINT) but with a couple of very minor defects or faults, Rubbing to the dust jacket no tears lightly bumped corners. Straight tight spine
VERY GOOD
: A book showing some signs of wear. Rubbing to the dust jacket maybe a couple small edge tears. Book is generally clean spine is tight very little cock if any. See description for detail.
GOOD
: The average used book that is totally complete (as issued) and intact. Dust jacket if present complete no large pieces missing, May have multiple small edge tears. Moderate rubbing. Book complete spine maybe getting loose but all pages are attached. No more than 1/8 inch cocked. Rubbing to the outside wear at the corners. See description for details
FAIR
: A worn book that has complete text pages (including those with maps or plates) but may lack endpapers, half-title page, etc. See description for major faults, expect minor ones.
POOR or READING COPY
: A book that is sufficiently worn that its only merit is the complete text, which must be legible. Any missing maps or plates must be noted. May be soiled, scuffed, stained, or spotted, and may have loose joints, hinges, pages, etc.
