    Description

    1940 Billhead from the Gerstenlager Co. of Wooster, Ohio,
    manufacturer of truck bodies made to order. Excellent design
    at top of letter- nice variation of fonts. Informative, yet not too
    busy.
    The letter itself apparently stems from an economy not yet organized for war production, as they were too busy at that time to provide a quotation for production of stake bodies for the Coast Guard.
    Condition is as described above.
