Awesome set of pencil drawn plans for  a Mr. And Mrs. Rogers in 1961 by Arthur B. Joyce from Corinth, Mississippi.
House was very nice I am sure it is still standing and worth a fortune.  These were found at the estate of Mr. Joyce a local architect from the Pickwick, Tennessee area and Corinth area. These are rolled up tight very suitable for framing.  The one pic of the detailed floor plan is blurry on my pic It is very clear and will send an updated pic if requested. Will be shipping in a tube for safety. Very nice drawings.
