Hello. Up for sale is a nice body from a 1970s Lark brand Jazz Bass copy.
This body made Made in  J
apan by the Matsumoku company who made other brands like Univox.
This body is solid mahogany. It it fairly close to Fender construction wise. It includes the original tortoise pickguard, control plate and knobs, bridge and bridge cover.
The neck plate is included along with the screws. The plate has screws that are not as widely spaced as a Fender. The neck pocket looks like a similar size as a Fender.
The body is fairly heavy-in between medium and heavy. It has normal dings, scratches and signs of aging. There is some tarnish on the little screws for the pickguard. The bridge cover does not have the mounting screws. There is an area on the back of the body that has a dark look from being dirty. I'm not sure if this would buff away or not.
The pots and jack are included but you may have to replace these parts due to rusting. The bosy of the pots look rusted. I do not know if they will function or not after cleaning. One of the knobs has a very slight crack along the skirt.
No pickups are included. The control plate has some fine scratches. The shields plates for the pickups are included.
