Description

The T8351 3.5mm Indoor/Semi-Outdoor Omnidirectional Discreet Microphone from Axis Communications provides enhanced audio quality when used with the Axis M, P, and Q lines of network video products that support a 3.5mm mic input.
The microphone features an omnidirectional condenser pattern and hence does not need to be aimed directly at the sound source. The compact design allows for discreet installation, and it can be used for covert audio detection or as a complement to indoor video surveillance.
With the help of the included mounting bracket, the microphone can be easily installed on walls or ceilings. Thanks to its small size, it is also suitable for covert audio surveillance. The 16.4' cable allows for an installation closer to the sound source. Thanks to the IP66 rating, the mic can be installed in semi-outdoor environments such as under ceilings at airports and porches in subways or schools.
