    Description

    8' X 20' Tiny House hand built in 2016 on a new double axel gooseneck trailer. There are two 30 gallon holding tanks, the floor and ceiling are 1/8" steel and this tiny house is all electric using 50 Amps. Is in excellent condition with only one owner. This Tiny House includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and an Elk watering tank which serves as the bathtub/shower. Closet and storage are located at end of the house where the gooseneck is.
    Kitchen has a whiskey barrel sink with an On-Demand hot water heater inside. Two sliding shelves for canned food, boxed food, etc., are situated on the dividing wall between the bathroom and kitchen wall with one behind the refrigerator.
    The furniture is not included.
