Bertwistle, A. P.  A Descriptive Atlas of Radiographs. An Aid to Modern Clinical Methods. St.Louis; C.V.Mosby, 1932. 2nd edition, revised and enlarged. 4to, 552pp with 767 B&W illustrations.  G+ condition.  Ex- medical library with numerous library markings.  Edge and corner wear including partial spine split at back gutter, small tears at top of spine.  Interior spine crack causes some loosening of the binding,  pages are tight and clean.  I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is 4.95 in the U.S.
