listing this in ebay's "For Parts or Not Working" Category because it isn't fully tested. It does power on. When we turned it on, lights on the Ethernet port turned on(see pics), and the fans started running. This item belonged to a client of ours. We were unable to fully test it due to lack of technical expertise.
