We can prepare a set of construction drawings for you based on your rough sketch idea.
DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE UNTIL WE SCHEDULE YOU AND FINISH YOUR PLANS.
Please include the following information with your sketch:
OVERALL TOP VIEW OF NEW ADDTION WITH DIMENSIONS SHOWING HOW IT ATTACHES TO EXISTING HOME. (No manufactured homes please.)
PROVIDE A TOP VIEW SKETCH OF YOUR HOUSE SHOWING STREETS, PROPERTY LINES AND DIMENSIONS OF YOUR NEW ADDITION ATTACHED SO WE CAN DRAW A SITE PLAN FOR YOUR BUILDING DEPARTMENT ALONG WITH THE OTHER CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
FOR YOUR NEW ADDITION SHOW US OVERALL DIMENSIONS AND LOCATION OF DOORS AND WINDOWS AND ANY OTHER FEATURES YOU WANT TO SHOW SUCH AS BEDROOMS, CLOSETS, BATHROOMS, DINING AREA, ETC.
INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON YOUR SKETCH:
CEILING ROOM HEIGHT
TYPE OF FOUNDATION DESIRED (slab or crawl space)
WINDOW/DOOR LOCATIONS AND SIZES DESIRED
TYPE OF WINDOWS (DOUBLE HUNG, CASEMENT, SLIDING, FIXED, ETC.)
OUTDOOR DECK IF DESIRED
ROOF SLOPE DESIRED
TYPE OF ROOF MATERIAL (Metal or shingles)
TYPE AND COLOR OF EXTERIOR SIDING
2 X 4 OR 2 X 6 STUD WALLS
INCLUDE NAME AND ADDRESS OF PROPERTY

Once we receive your sketch information we will notify you and have questions for you. We will then let you know when your plans will be finished.
Your plans will consist of (6-10) 11 X 17 drawings depending on the number of features desired.
