Allparts SBAO Stratocaster Body and Fender Pickguard
This is a Stratocaster body that weighs about 3.9 pounds. I am not sure there would but if you look at the grain you can probably figure it out. This seems to have never had a pickguard or parts ever installed since there's no bridge screw holes, pickguard screws holes etc.
This looks like it was finished then the top and back were sanded down for some reason. The most noticeable issue if you look at it is there was a crack around the neck pocket which was glued and clamped and is solid now.
If you refinished it in a solid color obviously it would be invisible, and if you did a natural finish it would be visible if you look close.
I don't know the history or why it ended up being like this.
I'm including the pictured genuine Fender pickguard, which has extra holes drilled in it for whatever reason, if you needed one.
