    Description

This is a great old publication entitled "American Builder and Building Age".  It was published October 1930 by American Builder Publications.   It is a larger publication, heavier than a magazine, measuring 9"x12" with 186 glossy pages that show tanning due to age.
It has an old smell to it.  There are a few colorized ads inside causing the pages opposite them to show more tanning (picture 9--look across from the silver detail at the bottom of the page).  The stapled binding is tight, but you can see the staple marks inside.  It is intact and in no danger of falling apart.  The cover has great color but does show some dirt and edge wear.  There are some dirty/age spots inside on a few pages plus a few small reading tears at the back (picture 10).   This publication features b/w photos of homes with schematics and room sizes inside.  There are some lovely Craftsman styles, bungalows, garages, etc.  A cool old publication!

The post office is a bit overwhelmed and their deliveries are running behind.
I noticed that media mail (books) is running especially slow.
I will keep an eye on all tracking and be in contact if there is an issue, but we must all practice patience during this trying time.
    Stay well, stay safe.
