Rare early 19th century teapot Century. Beautiful and elaborately designed body: curved legs with a rich flower, tendril, medallion and rocailles decoration in relief. Flattened body with bulges and ribs, flat, recessed shoulders, high, slightly conical neck with a sweeping, multi-tiered rim. Arched, hunched and ribbed lid with a three-dimensional leaf as a crown. Elegantly curved, long spout, decorated with acanthus leaves in relief. Curved handle made of ebony, held by two brackets with rich, rolled acanthus decor. Marked, maker's mark not yet determined.
