Use chilled (store in fridge for 30-45 min first) to refresh & stimulate
tired feet or warm (in hand hot water for 5 min) to help relax & sooth.
These are brand new in the bag along with instructions.
They are a large size of 13" long so anyone can use them,
male or female, any foot size. They have velcro closures to fasten
them. Diabetics or people with Poor Circulation should consult
their doctor before using this product. Not for use on skin that
is insensitive to temperature.
