Two rolls of custom house plans, designed by S. H. Heinlen, one-of-a-kind home Builder, of Columbus, Ohio, in 1980.  This house, twelve rooms, four baths and indoor pool with winding staircase from upstairs bedroom, was never built, due to my divorce.  Eight months were spent designing and planning this home, at the cost of ,000 in 1980, to be built on a four acre plot.  Much care was put into these plans. They include outside, inside, elevations, and some written changes.  I have shown every page.
