AXIS P1364-E Network Camera has outstanding light-sensitivity and delivers superior HDTV 720p video at 50/60 frames per second in H.264 and Motion JPEG. The day/night camera features a P-Iris lens for optimal image clarity, in addition to digital PTZ and multi-view streaming. Two-way audio, audio detection, video motion detection, active tampering alarm and a microSD/microSDHC slot for optional local storage are also supported. The camera is suitable for outdoor use at airports, banks, shops, for city surveillance and any application that requires coverage of a large area or extremely high image detail.

Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise specified, seller will accept returns within 30 days of the date of receiving item(s).

Out of Policy Returns
Authorized out of policy returns may be subject to a fee of 15% of return value, or , whichever is greater.
Unauthorized out of policy returns will be shipped back to the customer collect and result in a charge. Should this shipment be refused by the customer, shipper will accept the product, however no credit shall be issued.
Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded.
Cancel Orders

Damaged / Missing Parts Shipments
In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. Notify seller within 48 hours of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honored when not refused by the customer/end-user at time of receipt.
All claims for concealed product damage or shortage/missing parts must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from the the item delivery date may NOT  be honored.
Customer should make the product and packaging available for carrier inspection if requested.
Refused Delivery
A charge per refused shipment will be charged unless the refusal is based on a shipper error or damaged shipment or per seller sale terms and conditions.
