Condition is "used" but in like new condition.  I purchased this many years ago for my elderly grandmother and it has never been handled
by anyone, not even her.
No stains or tears on the doll or clothes.  The dress and bonnet would look like new if washed by hand in mild soap and pressed.
The head, hands and feet are porcelain. The body is cloth.
