Indexed, illustrated.  Bacteriology text for nursing students, presented as one of the most recent subjects introduced into nurses training curriculum at the time.  VG+ condition.  Minor cover wear, slight spine cock.  Owner's name on ffep.   Pages are tight and clean. This just came from an attic, slight musty smell if you put your nose between the pages.   I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
