The
Bosch VG4-221-CTS AutoDomePTZ Camera System (In-ceiling)
includes an 18x color PTZ camera with4.1-73.8mm lens, an in-ceiling enclosure, and a tinted bubble. With a 1/4"Exview HAD CCD imager, the PTZ camera delivers clear images at a resolution upto 470TVL. A minimum illumination of 0.5 lux makes the camera suitable forlowlight conditions.
Integrated Autoscaling (proportionalzoom) and Autopivot features allow the camera to automatically rotate and flip,ensuring optimal control. The AutoDome has 360° per second pan/tilt speeds, andsupports 64 pre-position and a single preset tour. In addition, the preset tourfeature is capable of handling 64 pre-positions with a configurable dwell timebetween pre-positions. It supports menu languages such as English, French,German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, and Polish.
Using the MPEG-4 compressiontechnology, the AutoDome camera supports 4 CIF resolutions at 30 ips, and makesefficient use of the bandwidth capacity while delivering crisp images withoutcompromising the quality. With the innovative CTFID (Configuration Tool forImaging Devices), you can remotely change the camera’s settings as well asupdate firmware. The advanced built-in diagnostics ensure easy servicing andminimize downtime. You can use the OSD to quickly check the critical parameterssuch as internal temperature and input voltage level and verify if the dome isfunctioning within acceptable operating limits.
The optional hybrid/IP configurationallows the camera to simultaneously stream IP video via LAN or WAN, and CVBSvideo via coaxial cabling. It also enables you to send network video streamsover IP network, which can be viewed on the DiBos Digital Video Recorder, or ona PC running VIDOS video management software. Equipped with a BNC connector,the camera can be directly connected to a conventional analog matrix switcheror DVR, providing enhanced viewing and recording flexibility.
With standard communication (Coax,UTP), the camera supports various standard video and data transmission methodssuch as Bilinx (over coax and UTP) remote control, configuration, and firmwareupdates.
Equipped in a plenum-ratedin-ceiling enclosure, the camera is suitable for operating in temperatureranging from 14 to 122°F (-10 to 50°C). In addition, the optional XT (ExtendedTemperature) kit allows the camera to operate in temperatures down to -67°F(-55°C).
The PTZ camera system includes arugged polycarbonate tinted bubble for enhanced image clarity with a recessedbubble latch to prevent vandalism. Allowing ample light, the tinted bubble offersmaximum sensitivity.
