The pictures show cowboys at ranch work, bulldogging, bronc riding, chicken running, horse breaking, and buffalo riding.
Two cowgirls are pictured, “The Queen of Bar Tee Ranch” and “a typical cowgirl in a championship [bucking] contest.”
One picture shows Old Steamboat, “the most famous outlaw of them all.”

The pictures are credited to a variety of sources or artists, and copyrighted in various years up to 1912.
