A Continental solidsilver
structure spout tea strainer/a strainer for teapot.
Chippendale shaped with pierced bowl.
Bowl with swing yoke and figural device for hanging, please see photos.
Not monogrammed.
Marked to bowl:
"3VC" into oblong hexagonal-form punch for Vercelli assay office;
"800" into an oval frame for .800/1000 silver purity;
marked to yoke "800" into an oval frame.
Made in Vercelli, Italy, sometime in 1960's.
